Data archiving

Move old data not needed by SAP ERP system or SAP S/4HANA from a database to file storage; keeping systems performing smoothly, streamlining use of resources, and shortening the duration of cloud migrations.

Data aging

SAP S/4HANA partitions data into hot or cold to use memory efficiently and maintain top performance. Hot data remains in the system’s memory and cold data is moved to storage.

Document archiving

Store images, spreadsheets, and other documents by linking them to SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA documents.
ERP-linked document management also assists compliance with the e-Document Act of Japan by allowing customer to incorporate information such as time stamps.
For example, customer can link images of receipts to accounting documents and refer to them from the accounting documents screen.
