How long does it take from signup to network activation?
At least 40 days from the date of signup.
What network information do we need for signing up?
The IP address and subnet mask of the devices shown below.
The network will be used for sapserv5 communication, so customer’s global IP address is also required.
- SAProuter: Global address and subnet mask of the interface on which the SAProuter communicates with the router connecting to the IP-VPN network
- Router: Global address and subnet mask of the interface on which the router connecting to the IP-VPN network communicates with the SAProuter.
Can we lease a global IP address? How much would it cost?
Customers who do not have a global address can rent one from us.
